Tell us a little bit about yourself and your space.
My name is Jackie Williams. I am a home decor enthusiast and a grade 7 teacher.
Our kitchen was recently completed this year, after a full gut job. We wanted to carry the neutral theme that is present in the remainder of our home, into our kitchen as well. The addition of wood tones brings warmth into the space with our pantry door being the star of the show.
How would you describe your decorating style?
I'd describe my decorating style as neutral and natural. I enjoy whites and black but also like to bring in elements of nature in greens and natural wood tones.
Tell us about your favourite Urban Barn piece and why you love it
My favourite Urban Barn pieces are the Emmory Counter stools that are featured in our kitchen. They complement the wood tones with their warm, brown leather. Their clean simple lines don't take away from the wood feature of our island and they are so incredibly comfy.
