We’re making online shopping even more convenient. Shopping Urban Barn is super easy, and Free Ship to Store makes shipping your accent purchases super free!
Store Pick Up is valid only:
- At the store location selected at checkout.
- During business hours. See store hours online.
- Most accents are available for store pick up. Due to size and weight restrictions, we are unable to ship some larger accent pieces to stores. If available, Ship to Store option will automatically appear at checkout.
How does it work?
- Add items to your cart
- Click “Checkout.”
- Complete the checkout form and select “Free Ship to Store” under delivery options.
- Select your location in the drop down menu.
- You may go to the store after you receive the “Ready for Pick Up” Email.
- Present your “Ready for Pick Up” email to an Urban Barn team member for pick up.
What if I can’t pick up my order for any reason?
Orders not picked up within 90 days will be cancelled and refunded to the customer in the form of an electronic gift card.
What is Ship to Store?
Free Ship to Store is the easy way to make purchases online and skip the shipping costs.
Does Ship to Store include help loading my vehicle?
Our associates cannot help load your vehicle. Please bring a friend to help with any larger items you can't carry on your own.
What items are eligible for Ship to Store?
All accessories are available for store pick up. Other items available for pickup will have the option appear automatically at checkout.
Where do I pick up my Free Ship to Store order?
Your order will be packed and ready for you at your selected location. When you arrive, just ask any Urban Barn team member to direct you to the pick up area.
What information will I need to present when picking up my order?
When your order is ready, a “Ready for Pick Up” email will be sent to you. Show it to us (printed out or on your mobile device) and you’re good to go.
Why is Free Ship to Store not available at my local store?
Free Ship to Store may not be available for certain items due to low quantities or oversize dimensions. But hey, don’t let that stop you from buying a piece you love.
Can someone else pick up my order (i.e, spouse, friend or courier)?
You betchya. Just let us know the name of the person who will be picking up your order at checkout. But remember, they will be required to present the "Ready for Pick Up" email to receive your order.
How soon will my order be ready for pick up after I've ordered it online?
Most orders will be ready within 10 business days from the time the order was placed. Some orders may take longer due to inventory, availability or store hours. Please wait for your “Ready for Pick Up” email before checking in store.
What items are available for warehouse pick up?
Furniture, rugs or large orders will be available for free warehouse pick up. If this option is available, you’ll see it when checking out.
