Tell us a little about yourself and your space

As a consultant (colour/design) I'm aware of what makes a space feel good - not just look good. So, while I want things to be pretty, I ALSO want them to be comfortable and look inviting via colour, fabric and texture - this chair covered ALL of that for me!

How would you describe your decorating style?

My own decorating style is what I would call, 'comfortable West Coast with a little this n' that'.

Tell us your favorite urban barn piece and why you love it

You don't have to look far in our home to find Urban Barn - they are my go-to brand. In this same room I have an area rug and the Bronx customizable sectional, with many more pieces upstairs too. My FAVE PIECE? Definitely the Bronx sectional. I actually have two of them in different fabrics and layouts (I am obsessed, I'll admit it).

Nanaimo is definitely my fave store, not just for the products, but the gals in there are always great.
