Love our stuff, but need to make a return or exchange?

Regular-priced home décor items purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.

Items purchased on markdown with a price ending in $0.99 can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a refund onto a Gift Card. Items purchased on markdown with a price ending in $0.97 are final sale. Return eligibility is based on the item’s original price, which may differ from the promotional or sale price shown at checkout.

Holiday Return Policy

Small décor items (excluding Christmas product, see Christmas Product Return Policy) purchased between November 9, and December 24, 2025, may be returned or exchanged until January 24, 2026. The original receipt must be presented; refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Furniture and large décor items purchased during this time are subject to our regular Returns & Exchanges Policy. Any items purchased after December 24, 2025, are subject to our regular returns and exchanges policy.

• Christmas product includes Christmas trees, ornaments, wreaths, garlands, stockings, stocking holders, tree collars/skirts and any Christmas-themed décor
