Small Home Décor Items
Small home décor such as tables, lamps, frames and pillows purchased in store or online.
Regular-priced items:
- Return or exchange within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded onto a Gift Card
Sale items:
- Sale items ending in $0.99: Returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt or gift receipt will be refunded onto a Gift Card
- Sale items ending in $0.97 or marked as Final Sale: Final sale, no returns or exchanges
Note: All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Furniture and Large Home Décor Items
Furniture and large home décor items including oversized or heavy items, large area rugs, large wall art and large mirrors.
Furniture and large décor items cannot be returned in store. Returns or exchanges can be requested by contacting Customer Care. Return shipping and return pickup fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Regular-priced items:
- Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery/pick-up with an original receipt
- 15% restocking fee applies
- Returns will be refunded in original payment method*
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded onto a Gift Card
Sale items:
- Sale items ending in $0.99: Returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery/pick-up with an original receipt or gift receipt will be refunded onto a Gift Card
- Sale items ending in $0.97 or marked as Final Sale: Final sale, no returns or exchanges
- 15% restocking fee applies
Final Sale Items
Cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded:
- Items with a price ending in $0.97
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Floor models and reduced As-Is pieces
- Custom upholstery orders
- Shipping, handling, and delivery fees
- Gift Cards
Gift Cards
All Urban Barn Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged for other gift cards, replaced if lost or stolen, or redeemed for cash.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be cancelled prior to being shipped by contacting Customer Care. Once an item has been shipped or
scheduled for delivery/pick-up, we are unable to cancel the order.
Need to make changes to your order? Contact Customer Care to cancel your order and place a new one with your
desired changes.
Please note that Custom Upholstery, Floor Models, and As-Is orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Price Adjustments
If an item goes on sale within 14 days after it has been delivered or received:
- A one-time price adjustment is available with a valid receipt
- Regular priced items: Refunded in the same form as original payment*
- $0.99 sale items: Refunded onto a Gift Card
- $0.97 sale items or items marked as Final Sale: Final sale, not eligible for a price adjustment
If an item has been ordered but not yet delivered or received, please see the Order Cancellations & Changes section above.
Custom Upholstery, Floor Models, and As-Is Orders are not available for price adjustments.
*Purchases completed with E-Transfer or cash may have refunds processed in the form of a company cheque delivered by mail. This may take up to 14 business days.
Damaged After Delivery
To report furniture and/or large décor items damaged in transit, contact Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery.
To report a furniture defect, contact Customer Care within the specified warranty period.
Warranty
The Diamond Kote warranty is provided free of charge on eligible purchases of living room upholstery.
This warranty protects upholstery for 5 years against most accidental stains, rips, tears, and burns.
Some exceptions apply.
Floor models and reduced As-Is pieces are not offered under warranty.
