Tell us a little bit about yourself and your space.
My name is Krista Marcogliese. I'm an Interior Design business servicing Niagara and the GTA called Eleva Designs. It was founded in 2022.
How would you describe your decorating style?
The decorating style for this project was cozy coastal Hamptons chic. Soft airy blues, cozy textures, lush greenery and garden feels. Wanted to create that European courtyard garden feeling. This was a backyard project for a special growing family. They had requested a 10-seat outdoor living room, and I knew Urban Barn would be the perfect fit.
Tell us about your favourite Urban Barn piece and why you love it
My favourite Urban Barn piece is definitely the Adera Outdoor Armchair. They are like a sweet little hug when you sit in them. The cushion is thick and firm, so you know it's going to keep their shape for a long time, and the rope detail just gives the piece the extra little wow factor.
