We offer various shipping and delivery methods throughout Canada. We are not able to ship to PO boxes or to U.S. addresses at this time.
Furniture Shipping and Delivery
Furniture and some large/heavy accents (like mirrors and area rugs) are available with your choice of shipping methods.
White Glove In-Home Delivery
Big or small, from our door to yours, our White Glove delivery service brings your new addition home and into the room of your choice for a flat rate of $199 within our designated delivery zones. Please note deliveries outside of designated zones require a quote. To request a quote, please contact customer care at 1.855.415.9227 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Leave the work to us! We’ll:
- assemble your product in your home
- remove the packing materials
- leave your home mess-free
Furniture can be carried up a maximum of two floors, unless unsafe to do so, or if the item is too large to fit through the stairwell.

Don’t need quite as much help? For a flat rate of $89 (within our designated delivery zones), our threshold delivery option brings your furniture to the area directly inside your door.

Contactless Warehouse Pickup
Free with furniture orders, our contactless warehouse pickup offers you a safe way to skip the delivery fees. To maintain a contactless service, our warehouse teams will NOT load purchases into your vehicle. Please bring someone to help you, along with your order number, ID and credit card.

Contactless Deliveries During Covid-19
To ensure the health and safety of you and our delivery teams, we ask that you maintain a minimum of 2 metres spacing between yourself and our delivery team. At this time, no signatures will be requested or required as proof of delivery. Instead, a picture will be taken at the time of delivery for our records.
When to Expect Your Home Delivery Order
Within 15-20 business days, we’ll make sure your order makes you feel right at home. Additional processing time may be required as we work through increased volume due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Our team is working hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while keeping health and safety as a top priority.
NOTE: For orders delivered through our partners in Northern Alberta (Grande Prairie and Extended Area), Saskatchewan & Manitoba, deliveries may take up to 28 days.
Accent Shipping and Delivery
We also offer several shipping methods for home accents like wall décor, textiles, tabletop and lighting. Please note that some large/heavy accents are only available with our furniture shipping options.
Ship to Store
Skip the delivery fees and pick your new décor up from your nearest Urban Barn store. This FREE shipping option is available for most accents. Due to size and weight restrictions, we are unable to ship some larger accent pieces to stores. Visit our Ship to Store page for more information.
- Regular Post - Arrives within 7 to 10* business days
- Express Post - Arrives within 5 to 8* business days
- Canpar Courier - Arrives within 3 to 8 business days
Outline of shipping fees based on merchandise total and shipping method:
- Charges shown are based on the total value of the merchandise shipped to each address
- Charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items
- Ability to track orders
- Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to weight
- During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required
Arrives within 3 to 8* business days. This option is available for some larger accessories like clocks, mirrors, lamps, wall art and rugs. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on merchandise total. Orders shipped via Canpar Courier are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
Please note that a signature is required upon reception of the order. If the delivery was unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to a Smart Spot located within 5 km radius of your delivery address. If a Smart Spot location is not available, Canpar will leave a notice indicating the time for a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will then have the option of pick-up or pay $10.00 for re-delivery by calling customer service on the delivery attempt notice.
