Shipping and Delivery
We offer various shipping and delivery methods throughout Canada. We are not able to ship to PO boxes or to U.S. addresses at this time.
Big or small, from our door to yours, our threshold delivery service brings your new addition home and into the area directly inside your door for a flat rate of $89 (within our designated delivery zones).

Contactless Deliveries During Covid-19
To ensure the health and safety of you and our delivery teams, we ask that you maintain a minimum of 2 metres spacing between yourself and our delivery team during your threshold delivery. Your item(s) will be placed inside your door. At this time, no signatures will be requested or required as proof of delivery. Instead, a picture will be taken at the time of delivery for our records.
When to Expect Your Order
Within 15-20 business days, we’ll make sure your order makes you feel right at home. Additional processing time may be required during holiday periods and as we work through order backlogs as a result of our sudden store closures in response to the Covid-19 outbreak. The courier delivery times below are for in stock merchandise only:
- Standard - Arrives within 7 to 10 business days
- Express - Arrives within 5 to 8 business days
- Priority - Arrives within 2 to 4 business days
- Canpar Courier - Arrives within 3 to 8 business days
Here is an outline of the courier fees based on merchandise total and courier method:
- Charges shown are based on the total value of the merchandise shipped to each address
- Charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items
- Ability to track orders
- Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to weight
- During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required
You have the option to ship larger accessories such as clocks, mirrors, lamps, wall art and rugs under 9' x 12' by Canpar Courier. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on merchandise total. Orders shipped via Canpar Courier are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
Please note that a signature is required upon reception of the order. If the delivery was unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to a Smart Spot located within 5 km radius of your delivery address. If a Smart Spot location is not available, Canpar will leave a notice indicating the time for a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will then have the option of pick-up or pay $10.00 for re-delivery by calling customer service on the delivery attempt notice.
Please see Canpar's Smart Spot for pick-up locations if you will not be home during the day to accept the delivery. If you are not situated near a Smart Spot, please see Canpar's Terminal Locator to locate your nearest Canpar terminal should the delivery be unsuccessful.
