Returns and Exchanges
Holiday Return Policy
For accents purchased online as of November 7th, 2019, please contact customer care at 1-855-415-9227 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an in-store exchange or refund. Items purchased may be returned in-store until January 12, 2020, (excluding holiday products) and refunded to the original method of payment or an Urban Barn gift card valid for 1 year. Furniture purchased during this time is subject to our regular customer service policy.
Holiday products may not be returned after December 24th. All discounted holiday products are final sale.
We will not accept returns on December 26th.
Home Décor and Small Accents
Regular priced items purchased online and in-store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Refunds on regular priced items will be provided in the original method of payment and original payment card(s). Sale items can be exchanged for another item, or for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit on sale items will be applied to an Urban Barn gift card. A receipt is mandatory for all returns or exchanges.
Returning Online Purchases
Returns for courier orders made online can be done through mail or returned at any Urban Barn store.
At time of delivery, ensure the package does not appear damaged. If damaged, do not accept the delivery from the courier and contact Customer Care. You can return items by mail within 30 days of purchase. To return through mail include a copy of your receipt. You are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.
Courier orders can only be canceled prior to it being shipped. If your article has been shipped we’re unable to cancel the order. For further information, contact Customer Care.
Store Pick Up
Store pick up orders can be returned or exchanged at any Urban Barn store. To return at a store, bring your original receipt.
Items accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged in-store for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Store credit will be applied to an Urban Barn gift card. Gift receipts are not issued or accepted for online orders.
Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed online.
Furniture and Large Accents
Select large accents (i.e. Floor Lamps, Rugs, Wall Art) are not eligible for store pick up or courier and must be delivered through our warehouse delivery and warehouse pick up methods.
To report furniture and/or large accents damaged in transit, contact our Customer Care Centre within 24 hours of delivery. To report a furniture defect, contact Customer Care within the specified warranty period.
Furniture and large accents accompanied by an original receipt can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pick up. All furniture are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns cannot be done in-store and must be arranged by our Customer Care Centre. If you wish to make a large accents or furniture return, contact Customer Care at 1-855-415-9227. An original receipt must be present when arranging returns.
All custom orders are made to suit your unique taste and specifications. For this reason, all custom orders will be final sale.
Final sale items
All Floor Models, Reduced As Is, and One Of A Kind or damaged are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping and return pick up fees are your responsibility and are nonrefundable
