Love our stuff, but need to make a return or exchange?
Regular-priced home décor items purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
Items purchased on markdown with a price ending in $0.99 can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a refund onto a Gift Card. Items purchased on markdown with a price ending in $0.97 are final sale. Return eligibility is based on the item’s original price, which may differ from the promotional or sale price shown at checkout.
Learn moreUrban Barn Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are redeemable towards merchandise online at urbanbarn.com or at any Urban Barn store. Gift Card must be present when used for payment in-store. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are not refundable. Funds do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards. Urban Barn is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or compromised cards, or any unauthorized use.
For any purchase exceeding the value of a Gift Card or e-Gift Card, the balance owed must be paid with one additional form of accepted payment.

Delivery of an e-Gift Card to an incorrect email address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser. Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards received in error, including an error in the amount issued, are subject to cancellation.
Refunds on purchases made with Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards will be applied to a Gift Card.
No change will be given for any unused Gift Card balance unless required by law.
Acceptance or use of a Gift Card or e-Gift Card constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Urban Barn reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
