Tell us a little bit about yourself and your space.

I am the owner and Principal Designer/Stylist for Madison Lane Designs est. 2006 I was hired to fully furnish this vacant 2 bedroom condo located in Yorkville for my lovely client's daughter who is studying at the University of Toronto.

How would you describe your decorating style?

I don't have one style though I do love Mid-Century Modern. I do try to follow the trends, but each space and each client have their own style. I love refurbishing old and pairing with new pieces. I definitely have an eclectic flare.

Tell us about your favourite Urban Barn piece and why you love it

I love everything Urban Barn, but I am a big fan of the Hensley Chaise Sectional. I find it fits almost anywhere and pairs perfectly with any style coffee table whether it is wood, glass, metal, or a fabric ottoman.

Which pieces were featured in your winning image?

I selected 4 of the gorgeous Jerusha Dining Chairs in the fabric Luly Pepper and for the dining table centerpiece I used the large White Primrose Vase w/ 3 Ethel Leaf Bunches and finally for the wall adjacent the table I hung the simple yet elegant Dillon Wall Clock.

Which Urban Barn location is your favourite to shop at and why?

I shop exclusively at the Park Place Urban Barn in Barrie. The customer service is phenomenal and 3 of my favourite employees; Ally, Kayla and Nina have been helping me and my clients for close to 10 years. How amazing is that!
