Big or small, from our door to yours, our White Glove delivery service brings your new addition home and into the room of your choice for $199* within our designated local delivery zones. Please note: deliveries outside of our designated local delivery zones require a quote. To request a quote, please fill out all applicable details using our Contact Form.

Select “White Glove Delivery” when you shop online or ask our team members for White Glove when you buy furniture in-store.

Once your order arrives at the local warehouse, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery date.

You can track your delivery on its way to your home! On arrival, our delivery team will bring your order to your room of choice, assemble it for you and remove all packing materials to leave your home mess free.
How to Prepare & What to Expect
Don’t forget to measure!
Before you place an order, please make sure your new product will fit in the path from our delivery truck to your room of choice, including doorways, elevators, hallways and stairs. For help with proper measuring, visit our How to Measure Furniture page.
Please clear a space for your new furniture and a path for our delivery team to move through. Our delivery teams are not able to move or disassemble your old furniture.
If you live in a condo or apartment, don’t forget to book the elevator during your delivery time window. No elevator? Furniture can be carried up a maximum of two floors, unless unsafe to do so, or if the item is too large to fit through the stairwell.
As a courtesy to our delivery team, please clear any snow or ice from your driveway and sidewalk.
On the day of your delivery, we'll send you a link to track our team en route to your home. Once they arrive, our team will bring your new furniture into a room of choice, take care of all assembly, and remove all packing materials.
Inspect your new items before our delivery team leaves. If you have any questions or issues, notify your delivery team and they will provide you with a contact number to speak to Customer Care immediately to find a solution.
We’ll take a few pictures of your order to confirm it’s been delivered and ask you to sign off confirming the delivery is complete and you’re happy with your order.
FAQs
What if something isn’t quite right?
If you notice a problem with your order, alert your delivery team. If they’ve already left, you can contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@urbanbarn.com.
What if my new purchase doesn’t fit?
We’ll happily place your order in another room in your home. If there’s no option, we’ll work with you to find another solution. Please note there are additional delivery charges and costs associated with returning a product that doesn’t fit. All custom products are final sale.
What if my delivery is delayed?
If your delivery is affected by unforeseen delays like traffic or weather, we’ll call you to provide an updated delivery time.
What if I’m delayed?
Once your order is on the way, you can track it online and know when to expect it. Our team will also give you a 30-minute heads up before they arrive and will wait an additional 15 minutes after they arrive at your home. If you miss your delivery, we’ll schedule redelivery at an additional cost.
Who needs to be home for the delivery?
We require someone 18 or older to sign for your delivery. If no adult is available, we’ll have to decline delivery and reschedule for an additional fee.
What if my possession date or new home construction is delayed?
With the exception of some extreme cases, we aren’t able to support delayed delivery. We’ll be happy to work with you to find another delivery location. If you need to change delivery location, please contact our Customer Care team.
What if my order doesn’t fit in the elevator?
Our delivery teams are happy to carry furniture up a maximum of two floors.
How many items does the delivery fee cover?
*Up to 7 items are included in your delivery fee. For orders of more than 7 items, a second delivery charge will be applied.
What time will my delivery take place?
We'll provide you with a three-hour delivery window on the day before your delivery.
