Tell us a little bit about yourself and your space.
My family and I live in the beautiful Okanagan. I’m very passionate about interior design and love designing spaces that make people feel at home. I started an interior design and home decor Instagram @ourokanaganhome to showcase some of our favourite spaces in our home and provide inspiration to others.
The space pictured was our condo near Okanagan Lake. We wanted to keep it bright and airy with a coastal flare. The Berg sofa fit the space perfect and we featured the paddles we painted above it.
How would you describe your decorating style?
I would describe my decorating style as a mix of California Coastal and Modern Farmhouse. I love light and bright spaces with some wood accents to warm the space up a bit.
Tell us about your favourite Urban Barn piece and why you love it
Our favourite Urban Barn piece is our Berg Sofa shown in the photo! It’s so comfortable and we love the deep seats so we can sit with our legs up on it.
