#MyUrbanBarn – December Winner

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your space.

I am the proud owner of Design Fusion Interiors in Sherwood Park, AB just outside Edmonton. My business is home based but I am never home! We offer full interior design services as well as sell wonderful products that include Hunter Douglas and Alta window treatments, custom fabric panels, wallpaper and home accessories. This is a little sitting room in a primary bedroom.

How would you describe your decorating style?

My favourite interiors are with monochromatic colours, lots of layers and textures, organic looks with a bit of life and movement. Urban Barn is a great store to help me achieve all of that!

Tell us about your favourite Urban Barn piece and why you love it!

I can't just choose a favourite piece at Urban Barn as there are many! I do have a favourite collection and that would be the Dundas. I love all the pieces and the two colours now available.

Which pieces were featured in your winning image?

The two items featured in the photos are the Dundas reclaimed wood bookshelf in colour Hughes Ale and the Gloria Armchair in colour Burke Toast. The items were perfect!

Which Urban Barn location is your favourite to shop at and why?

Your Sherwood Park store is our go to and I very much consider the staff to be a part of our Design Fusion team! We have given them lots of business over the years and in return I have lots of happy clients! I can't say enough about the wonderful knowledgeable, professional women working in that store!
