Care
- Some feather loss is normal, particularly in the first few months as cushions settle. Loose feathers may come through seams or the fabric weave, which is not a defect and should decrease over time.
- It is also recommended to gently push any quills back into the fabric rather than pulling them out, as pulling can stretch the weave and lead to additional feather loss.
- Feather-filled cushions naturally change form with regular use.
- Fluff your cushions regularly to help maintain fullness and shape
- Straighten the cushion covers by smoothing from the centre outwards and tucking into the sides
- The covers are machine-washable to remove dust and dirt accumulated from regular use. Follow wash instructions found on the covers. Please note washing will not remove accidental stains.
- Vacuum upholstery regularly
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, heat sources and standing liquids
