Professionals who are among the following industry groups and who have the valid documentation are eligible to become a member of the Industry Elite program.

  • Interior Designer
  • Interior Decorator
  • Home Stager
  • Architect

If you don't belong to one of the above professions, you may still apply and list your industry in the "other" category. Approval is subject to the discretion of our Industry Elite representative.

You can apply for your membership online by clicking here. Membership is contingent upon receiving the following documentation:

  1. Business Licence or GST Number and;
  2. Business card with your design profession or Interior Design certification

You will be sent an email letting you know whether or not you have been approved and will receive your membership card within two to three weeks of your membership approval.

All eligible purchases you make between your approval and receiving your membership card will qualify for a price adjustment. Once you receive your membership card, you may bring your receipts in store to receive a price adjustment.

Yes, all members of the existing program must apply to receive your membership card. You can apply online here.

We only sell sale product at our Outlets so unfortunately your discount is not valid at those locations.

Your discount cannot be applied online at this point in time.

To make a purchase in stores, you must present your Industry Elite membership card along with a valid picture ID. Your client may pay for the purchase.

Your membership card will be mailed to you within two to three weeks of your application being approved.

Your membership is valid for two full calendar years. You will receive renewal instructions via email. An Industry Elite representative will verify your information and your card will be renewed.

Home Décor and Small Accents
Regular priced items purchased online and in-store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Refunds on regular priced items will be provided in the original method of payment and original payment card(s). Sale items can be exchanged for another item, or for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit on sale items will be applied to an Urban Barn gift card. A receipt is mandatory for all returns or exchanges.

Furniture and Large Accents
To report furniture and/or large accents damaged in transit, contact our Customer Care Centre within 24 hours of delivery. To report a furniture defect, contact Customer Care within the specified warranty period. Furniture and large accents accompanied by an original receipt can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pick up. They are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns cannot be done in-store and must be arranged by our Customer Care Centre. If you wish to make a large accents or furniture return, contact Customer Care at 1-855-415-9227. An original receipt must be present when arranging returns.

Custom Upholstery
All custom orders are made to suit your unique taste and specifications. For this reason, all custom orders will be final sale.

Nonrefundable Fees
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping and return pick up fees are your responsibility and are nonrefundable

We offer white glove in-home delivery. Our providers deliver your furniture inside your home, to the room of your choice. Costs vary depending on shipping location. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. Orders arrive within 15 to 20 business days. Our White Glove delivery service includes:

  • In-home assembly, and product placement (except for wall art and lamps)
  • Removal of packing materials/boxes/debris from customer's home after delivery

*Furniture can be carried up a maximum of 4 flights of stairs (or 4 floors), unless unsafe to do so or the item is too large to fit through a stairwell (under the discretion of the delivery team).
