At Urban Barn we are proud to work with reliable Canadian shipping partners who understand the importance of tracking orders.

Canada Post

Accessories and small furniture items will be shipped as soon as they’re available using Canada Post if this option is selected. Please note that Canada Post only delivers Monday to Friday during regular business hours. When your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number from Canada Post. To track your order, please visit www.canadapost.ca

Canpar Courier

You have the option to ship larger accessories such as clocks, mirrors, lamps, wall art and rugs under 9' x 12' by Canpar Courier. Orders shipped via Canpar Courier are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.

Please note that a signature is required upon reception of the order. If the delivery was unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to a Smart Spot located within 5 km radius of your delivery address. If a Smart Spot location is not available, Canpar will leave a notice indicating the time for a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will then have the option of pick-up or pay $10.00 for re-delivery by calling customer service on the delivery attempt notice.

Please see Canpar's Smart Spot for pick-up locations if you will not be home during the day to accept the delivery. If you are not situated near a Smart Spot, please see Canpar's Terminal Locator to locate your nearest Canpar terminal should the delivery be unsuccessful.

Loomis Courier

You have the option to ship all smaller accessories by Loomis Courier. Orders shipped via Loomis Courier are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.

Please note that a signature is required upon reception of the order. If the delivery was unsuccessful, the driver will leave a notice and attempt re-delivery a second time. If the second delivery attempt was unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to a Loomis Terminal. You may also reschedule the delivery by using Loomis' reschedule delivery webform at a $10.00 re-delivery surcharge. If you are not situated near a Loomis Terminal, it is recommended that you ship your order using Canada Post if you will not be home during the day to accept the delivery.
