Shipping and Delivery
We offer various shipping and delivery methods throughout Canada. We are not able to ship to
PO boxes or to U.S. addresses at this time.
The courier delivery times below are for in stock merchandise only:
- Canada Post Regular - Arrives within 7 to 10 business days
- Canada Post Xpresspost - Arrives within 5 to 8 business days
- Canada Post Priority - Arrives within 2 to 4 business days
- Canpar Courier - Arrives within 3 to 8 business days
- Loomis Express - Arrives within 3 to 8 business days

You have the option to ship larger accessories such as clocks, mirrors, lamps, wall art and rugs under 9' x 12' by Canpar Courier. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on merchandise total. Orders shipped via Canpar Courier are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
Please note that a signature is required upon reception of the order. If the delivery was unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to a Smart Spot located within 5 km radius of your delivery address. If a Smart Spot location is not available, Canpar will leave a notice indicating the time for a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will then have the option of pick-up or pay $10.00 for re-delivery by calling customer service on the delivery attempt notice.
Please see Canpar's Smart Spot for pick-up locations if you will not be home during the day to accept the delivery. If you are not situated near a Smart Spot, please see Canpar's Terminal Locator to locate your nearest Canpar terminal should the delivery be unsuccessful.
You have the option to ship all smaller accessories by Loomis Courier. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on merchandise total. Orders shipped via Loomis Courier are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
Please note that a signature is required upon reception of the order. If the delivery was unsuccessful, the driver will leave a notice and attempt re-delivery a second time. If the second delivery attempt was unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to a Loomis Terminal. You may also reschedule the delivery by using Loomis' reschedule delivery webform at a $10.00 re-delivery surcharge. If you are not situated near a Loomis Terminal, it is recommended that you ship your order using Canada Post if you will not be home during the day to accept the delivery.
Store pick up
You can arrange to pick up select smaller items at your local Urban Barn store and save on shipping costs. Your item(s) will be available to pick up 10 business days after your order has been processed. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. If you choose to pick up eligible items from the store, please bring an extra person to support you in loading your vehicle.
White glove in-home delivery
Leave the heavy lifting to us. Our providers deliver your furniture inside your home, to the room of your choice. Costs vary depending on shipping location. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. Orders arrive within 15 to 20 business days. Our White Glove delivery service includes:
- In-home assembly, and product placement (except for wall art and lamps)
- Removal of packing materials/boxes/debris from customer’s home after delivery
*Furniture can be carried up a maximum of 4 flights of stairs (or 4 floors), unless unsafe to do so or the item is too large to fit through a stairwell (under the discretion of the delivery team).

Warehouse pick up
Pick up eligible item(s) at one of our warehouses and skip the cost of shipping. Our warehouse team will help you load your new purchases into your vehicle. Orders are ready to be picked up within 10 to 15 business days after your order is processed. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. If you choose to pick up eligible items from the warehouse, please bring the following with you:
