  1. Just want to share my experience shopping at the recently opened Kingston location. My wife and I dropped into the store on opening weekend and truly enjoyed the ambience and the merchandise. When it came to getting info on a sectional we liked, Meghan got us everything we needed to help with the decision. We went back at least twice before buying and each time the service was helpful but not overdone. Rebecca was our next contact and she was not only attentive to us but she worked with Meghan to complete the sale. We also interacted with the store manager Dawn,and her assistant Tina. The way the staff worked together to satisfy us and place the order was a great example of teamwork. Their goal was to satisfy the Urban Barn customer and they certainly achieved that in my case!

  3. I would just like to pass comment on the extremely good customer service I received from Deborah Dyck.( manager of the Kelowna branch}
    We bought a piece of furniture from the Kelowna branch and on receipt of the piece, we noticed that the unit wobbled due to warping.
    Deborah helped us replace the piece and too cut a long story short, throughout the process Deborah made us feel like valued customers. Nothing was too much of a problem and Deborah really excels at being a manager and more importantly puts customer’s needs first. Top service from a top store. Thoroughly recommend the shopping experience at Kelowna Urban Barn.
