Urban Barn first opened its doors in British Columbia in 1990. Our name came from the look of one of our original stores, which had rustic looking floors and delivery doors at the rear that looked like big old wooden barn doors. The name was perfect.
Today our stores are a mix of urban walk by stores and larger suburban destination locations. We have tried to retain some of our original look while at the same time becoming accessible to a wider range of customers. We currently have 29 stores stretching from beautiful Victoria BC to vibrant downtown Toronto!
At Urban Barn, our concept is simple. Offer our customers great value without being boring. Over the years it has been our pleasure to travel the world searching out new and exciting treasures to bring home to you. We also support many of our excellent Canadian manufacturers. We look for creative pieces of high quality and value, from the newest trends to tried and true classics.
