I would just like to pass comment on the extremely good customer service I received from Deborah Dyck.( manager of the Kelowna branch}
We bought a piece of furniture from the Kelowna branch and on receipt of the piece, we noticed that the unit wobbled due to warping.
Deborah helped us replace the piece and too cut a long story short, throughout the process Deborah made us feel like valued customers. Nothing was too much of a problem and Deborah really excels at being a manager and more importantly puts customer’s needs first. Top service from a top store. Thoroughly recommend the shopping experience at Kelowna Urban Barn.
